Q: “Is this a gambling or lottery product?”
No. The box contains a fixed number of items. There is no prize-based or randomized system.
Q: “Are the items brand new?”
The blind box itself is not brand new, but most of the items inside are in like-new condition, with possible minor packaging imperfections.
Q: “Can I choose the sizes, styles, or colors?”
No. Boxes are pre-packed, and sizes, styles, and colors may vary.
Q: “Is there a guaranteed retail value?”
The box is priced for bulk value. There is no “winner” or “grand prize”; all contents are practical.
